Shipping and Handling
Your order ships fast:
We will have your leather product in the hands of the delivery company as fast as possible, usually within 1 business day from the time your order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted. In the event that we are out of stock of an item you will be promptly notified via email.
Domestic Ground Shipping (Ground – US only) will be sent via UPS.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and your zip code. Calculations are determined directly from UPS servers at checkout.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our leather for any reason, just ship it back within 30 days for a total refund of your original purchase price.
Leather is a natural product, and signature marks, brands, barbed wire scratches, and scars may be encountered and should be expected.
